Weatherhead Sealing
The weatherhead is where your home's electrical service enters from the utility pole. Salt air off the Chesapeake eats through old caulk faster than you'd expect. Once the seal goes, water tracks right down the conduit into your walls.
We clean out the old material, apply a self-leveling polyurethane sealant rated for coastal conditions, and install a new boot collar where the pipe meets the roof deck. The whole job typically takes under two hours.
- Mast pipe caulk & new boot collar
- Conduit penetration sealed at the deck
- UV-stable sealant, 20-year rated
- Virginia electrical code compliant
